Renewal Email Notification Error

Customers contacting support about an email renewal notice please read the following.

If you received an automated Renewal email between December 11th and December 13th, this message was sent in error. We accidentally sent out a renewal notice to our entire customer and friends email list, instead of only the customers that are part of our automated renewal program. If you received this email from Ascentive between December 11th and December 13th please disregard this notification. If you received an automated renewal notice prior to Dec 11th or after Dec 14th and wish to cancel your subscription please use the following form. We apologize for any confusion.
