Getting Errors Fixed

Lost password? Lost username?

You can have your password emailed to the account on file by going to:

Click on “Forgotten Password?” and enter in either your account name, or the email address you have on file with your account. Your password will be emailed to you.

If you are still having trouble reaching your download center or finding your Sign In information, please contact us right away. Please have your Order Reference number available.

*If you cannot find your order number, we will need the last six (6) digits of the credit card number and the name on the card used to order and as much of the following information as you can provide so that we can locate your account:

  • The username you opened the account with
  • Email address used to place the order
  • Address
  • Phone number

When you send this information, we will be able to locate your order and process your request. If you cannot provide us with an order number or credit card information, we cannot search our database to find your information or make changes to your account.

* Note: For old ActivePrivacy users, “Privacy Keys” are no longer being used — all previous users of the free ActivePrivacy Beta must obtain a new username and password to use the software.
