1. Solving Problems
BeAware is a very powerful computer monitoring tool and our support team is here to help with any problems you might be having while using it.
Most problems can be solved without having to contact live support for help! Whether it is having connection issues, or setting up BeAware's monitoring functions correctly, almost all problems can be solved by checking out our Support Center or by downloading a replacement copy. You should also look into our Getting Errors Fixed page if you are seeing an error message or error report.
