5. Why is my time off?

ActiveTime Time Center

HELP! My clock isn't set right!
ActiveTime adjusts your clock to your time by referencing the time zone that you have previously set in Windows (i.e. ActiveTime does not change your time zone). If your time is off it is probably because you never correctly set your time zone in Windows.

You can check (and set) your time zone by right-clicking on your system clock and going to “Adjust Time/Date.”

You should also make sure that you are using the correct Daylight Savings setting for your area.
