I'm being asked for a reorder code.
To prevent credit card fraud and accidental duplicate orders, we require a reorder code when you make additional purchases using the same credit card.
To obtain a reorder code, contact Ascentive with the last 6 digits of the credit card in question and request a reorder code to continue with your purchase.
REMEMBER, you only need a reorder code if you would like to place a second order and be charged a second time. As an Ascentive customer, you may be eligible for a free replacement. Please contact us first before you place an additional order to see if you qualify for a free replacement.
