The system won't accept my valid credit card.

We use an address verification system to protect you from credit card fraud. Does the address and zip code you used in placing your order match the address and zip code that your bank or credit card company has on file for you? Note; this may be a DIFFERENT than your mailing address - your bank or credit card company may have two addresses for you (your actual home address, and another where your bills get sent to).

P.O. BOX Address?
For Post Office Box addresses, your bank or credit card company may use a different formatting than what you are used to. Instead of entering P.O. Box 1234, try 1234 P.O. Box. Or leave P.O. Box off all together.

While mistyping the address is the most common problem, there may in fact be other reasons why your order was declined. This includes mistyped card number, expiration date or CVV2 number, restrictions on your card (that you may not even be aware of), and ordering from a country not supported by our merchant-processing bank. You may also want to verify that your credit card company has the correct address on file or simply submit your order using a different credit card.

We accept any card (credit card, debit card, ATM card, check card, or charge card) with a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover/Novus logo. If you are using a card with one of these logos, double-check the numbers and expiration date.

If your card does not pass authorization with our system, I am sorry; we cannot process your order.
