Missing Library File:

You may Use the following URL to download a 5.66 MB (5,935,720 bytes) Ascentive Library Installer.

http://www.ascentive.com/support/new/libraryfiles.exe
Right click on the above link and select "Save target as..."


The Library Installer will install most of the Library Files used in Ascentive's programs.
