I don't know if I'm sending this letter to the right person in your company, but I wanted to send a letter telling you what I think of your programs. I was a little apprehensive at first to purchase and download your "WinRocket" and "WebRocket" mainly because you didn't offer a shareware version or a version I could test out before I bought it. When I read a little more about your offers, I found out that you offered a money back guarantee if I wasn't satisfied with the program. Personally I think this is very risky for a company that offers software for online download, but I decided to download those two programs because of this money back guarantee.

When I first installed "WinRocket" I noticed a difference right away and was very pleased. But when I installed "WebRocket" my internet connection actually slowed down a bit. I was very dissatisfied, but I used the help menu and learned of ways to tweak the "WebRocket" and I have to say that after messing with it I've actually improved my average speed by approximately 200 kilobytes per second.

I do have a cable modem and according to the cable company they put a cap of 1.5 Mega Bauds per second on the system, but now with the help from your company I've gone well above the supposed cap and even reached 1.8 Mega Bauds per second. I think you have great software and keep up the good work.

I would like to suggest that some how you force the customer to read your help sections in order to improve their success of obtaining a faster speed. I know a lot of people that do not read the help sections that would have ended up getting very mad and demanding their money back because the program didn't help.
