Did you have a problem downloading?
As much as 10% to 15% if people on the Internet have trouble downloading. It is not uncommon for there to be a problem one moment, only to have it gone in the next. Sometimes a problem can last all day for no apparent reason. This can happen no matter what type of connection you have.

Don't worry; it's not your fault!
Besides heavy traffic congesting networks, there may be other problems that you are unaware of, such as download management tools working incorrectly (trying to download from authenticate sites, for example). We know it can be frustrating! Rest assured it's not your fault, and there's a solution around the corner.
