Internet Marketing Coordinator:
Seeking a smart, savvy Internet Marketing Coordinator to help launch important new domestic and International marketing campaigns with an emphasis on customer acquisition.
Key responsibilities:
  • Research potential new marketing partners and launch marketing campaigns with new and existing partners. Support each phase of the Internet advertising/media buying process: from research to strategy to implementation, including: planning/buying, trafficking, optimization, and analysis.
  • Assist with daily/weekly/monthly reports on the performance of these campaigns.
  • Assist Marketing Manager with the development and execution of pay-per-click campaigns, including: Google, Yahoo and MSN.
  • Help in the creation of banner ads and email creative through brainstorming of ideas and communication to designers.
  • Coordinate internal marketing efforts.
  • Support other online marketing functions as necessary.
Experience and Skills:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of online marketing, preferably with a consumer-based e-commerce company. Agency experience will be considered as well.
  • Must have knowledge of media buying terms. Strongly prefer experience with pay-per-click advertising and/or affiliate programs.
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Strong analytic skill set for critical thinking and data analysis.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and other related software.
  • Highly motivated and comfortable working with tight deadlines.
  • Proactive work ethic; strong people skills; positive attitude; professional conduct.
  • Ability to work alone or as a team and meet deadlines.

Telesales Representative:
Description:
  • Attend comprehensive training programs, gaining knowledge of the company's products and services, internal procedures, sales and presentation skills, and utilization of research.
  • Maintain awareness of market conditions and competitors' products and pricing, and distribute this information to appropriate internal staff Lead Generation.
  • Assist in creating targeted programs with the Sales and Marketing team, aimed at new customer acquisition.
  • Establish relationships with appropriate prospect personnel such as Procurement, HR and IT staff, business directors and 'C' level contacts.
  • Keep up ongoing contact (via telephone and email) with new and existing prospects to generate interest in the company's solution, assess their needs, and when possible, schedule a meeting for their field sales representatives.
  • Execute specific telephone and direct mail campaigns.
  • Distribute leads to the correct sales person based on predetermined criteria.
  • Follow up on all leads generated by Marketing Activities.
  • Manage and track the history of prospect interactions by logging all calls, emails, and notes in the company's customer relationship management system.
  • Maintain lead and contact person information including communication data like email address, phone numbers and mailing address.
  • Take responsibility for fulfillment of literature and collateral requests from contacts responding to marketing/telesales activity.
  • Create dynamic management reports, which graphically display sales activities.
  • Document internal processes associated with the sales process and lead generation activities.
  • Create business profiles on prospective customers that will increase sales effectiveness.
  • Coordinate scheduling of business meetings between internal staff and external contacts.
Requirements:

Web Developer:
Seeking smart, resourceful Sr. PHP/MySQL developer for our eCommerce web site and databases.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Substantial experience with PHP, MySQL, Linux, Perl, web programming, database design, shell scripting, and SSH.
  • Professional experience should be in designing and building complex, challenging projects. Experience with using classes and objects in PHP 4.0 (or later), is a MUST!
  • Previous work with large databases and high-volume systems
  • Exposure to: Authorize.net, credit card billing, and customer management systems
  • Ability to perform in a professional work environment
  • Full software development lifecycle experience required, including initial requirements gathering, build/design, implementation, and testing phases.
