Responsibilities:
- Utilize PHP 4/5, mySQL and other tools on a Linux platform.
- Develop and maintain our real-time business operations system, which includes Marketing, Customer Service and Human Resources tools.
- Collaborate with other developers, marketing, and customer service staff.

Requirements:
- 5 to 7+ years experience developing web based software.
- Experience using classes and objects in PHP 4/5.
- Experience writing and optimizing queries in mySQL.
- Experience designing and building complex, challenging projects.
- Familiarity with Zend Framework, Smarty, PEAR, and Scrum are a plus.
- Other pluses include experience working with large databases, Linux Administration, Perl, command line, shell scripting, high-volume systems, Authorize.net, credit card billing, CRMs.

| Online Marketing Manager (Affiliate): |
| This Online Marketing Manager position will be responsible for helping grow revenues and exposure on-line through affiliate and partner marketing. As a partner to the business, this position drives and implements various online marketing strategies with responsibility to return on investment. Areas of expertise should include strong relationships with powerful affiliate networks and merchant partners, as well as, on-line display and media companies who specialize in performance results based on sales. This role requires pervious internet marketing experience in a direct response environment, with managing direct reports a strong plus. |
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute affiliate and on-line display marketing campaigns with responsibility to ROI, specifically product sales.
- Identify and develop new partnerships in the online industry for promotion and resale of products.
- Manage existing partners and affiliates in order to increase current revenue numbers.
- Comprehensive testing, analysis and reporting for all online activities.
- Optimizing internet marketing campaigns to improve ROI.
- Manage 3rd party vendors and agencies to assist and expedite campaigns.
- Evaluating and analyzing competitors.

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years previous internet and affiliate marketing management experience.
- Responsible for large budgets and advertising spends that drive results.
- Previous experience in a sales environment with new business responsibilities.
- Experience in a direct response marketing environment.
- Previous media buying experience.
- Analytical and results oriented.
- Extensive knowledge of web marketing and electronic tracking and reporting, as well as, MS Word and Excel
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

| Director of Renewals: |
| The Renewals Director is responsible for developing successful strategies to increase customer retention. Using all the tools available in the customer experience (web site, in-product messaging, product behavior, email marketing, and more) you will create a comprehensive plan to optimize renewal rates, product upgrades and cross-selling campaigns. You will be expected to not only create and launch programs but to monitor, track and report on the results. |
| Candidates should have experience and knowledge with software subscriptions and online marketing. A versatile set of skills is required to manage strategy, plan and execute direct marketing initiatives that will help the business grow/generate revenue. Marketing efforts will focus on customer retention, user behavior, CRM, renewal marketing & loyalty programs. The person will develop strategies, prepare formal plans, set sales and retention goals and work collaboratively with internal customer service and marketing departments to successfully execute plans. An ability to consistently test, measure, and improve performance across retention efforts to maximize activity and ROI is a necessity. |
Responsibilities:
- Developing a thorough understanding of product behaviors, capabilities and identifying necessary enhancements.
- Developing new segments, testing innovative programs, and working to improve overall efficiency of direct marketing efforts through leveraging retention, database marketing and CRM expertise.
- Analyzing critical customer touch points to optimize performance.
- Identifying new products or services to complement existing offerings and extend lifetime value.
- Analyzing and communicating results of activity on a regular basis.
- Developing and testing win-back, upgrade, loyalty & retention, and install base marketing programs
- Managing budget and forecasting revenue for programs.
- Maintaining a comprehensive outline of communications throughout the life cycle of a customer.
- Conducting user surveys and research projects aimed at existing customers.

Requirements:
- 5+ years renewal marketing, retention, acquisition and direct marketing experience. Preferably with online subscription-based services or downloaded software.
- Exceptional track record developing & marketing renewal programs
- Thorough online consumer background and expertise in managing customer communication, retention and loyalty programs
- Motivated personality to “own” channel/segment and grow revenues.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and standard online marketing and analysis tools, as well as MS word and excel.
- Email marketing experience a plus.
